- Fees are in American dollars.
- Fees per night do not include 18% VAT either 10% of services.
- In every hotel room, smoking is not allowed; the guest shall pay a penalty, according to the case, for smoking
in the room during staying.
- Nonresident guests presenting passport and migration card with the entrance seal to the country for less
than 60 days of staying are exempted of 18% VAT as part of the accommodation, unless the hotel issues an
invoice with the name of the guest.
- Fees are valid only for individual reservations (less than 10 rooms per night.)
- Reservations for more than nine (9) rooms per night, request a one-off quotation for accommodation to your
account executive.
- Fees are valid only for reservations executed directly by the company for its executives on business trip
and/or personal trip.
- For long staying (more than 10 consecutive days), other conditions may apply, please contact your sales
executive.
- Fees are subject to availability and confirmation. Fees do not apply for high occupancy rates, peak season or
special dates. Ask our reservation center for fees during high occupancy.
- This agreement is confidential and shall not be delivered to third parties.
- Fees are non-commissionable.
1. BENEFITS

Access to our Gym and swimming pool.
Internet access in the room and public areas of the hotel.
2. RESERVATIONS

Our reservations department shall send a reply no later than 24 working hours upon reception of request.
Time of arrival and payment guarantee shall be provided.
3. GUARANTEES, DEPOSITS AND PAYMENTS
All reservations shall be guaranteed with credit card, deposit in cash or valid credit of the company.
There is no reservation confirmed without guarantee.

Sol de Oro Hotel & Suites does not assume fees for international bank transfers. If that is the case, the company shall consider an additional payment of US$ 160.00
During checkout, guests shall pay their consumptions and accommodation with credit card or cash.
To request corporate credit for invoicing and pay accommodation or events, contact your sales executive.
The company shall mention its expenses assumed if requesting a vendor invoicing.
The company shall mention its invoicing and payment policy as well as application of purchase orders, complete and sign Exhibit of this agreement.
4. CANCELLATION / NO SHOW / AMENDMENTS
Cancellation of reservation is allowed prior 48 hours of date of arrival of guest without charges or penalty.
Within the 48 hours prior arrival date, any cancellation or amendment will apply a charge equivalent to the first night of accommodation.
No Show : In case the guest does not show on the confirmed date, every night reserved will be charged and the reservation will continue until 12:00pm of the following date guest arrives.
Early check out : For reservations requested and confirmed within the 48 hours of arrival date, those will be subject to our policies, which applies penalties in case of cancellation or no show.
5. CHECK-IN / CHECK OUT
Check-in time: 14:00 hours.
Check out time: 12:00 hours.
The hotel does not guarantee availability of rooms before the arrival time mentioned. Likewise, guests shall leave the room on the time mentioned, on the date of check out, unless previous coordination with the front desk staff. Every Early Check-In and Late Check Out are subject to availability and/or additional charge.

- From 09:00 hours, an additional of 80% from fee will be considered, subject to availability.
- Arrivals before 09:00 hours, will be considered as additional night.

- Departures after 18:00 hours will be considered as additional night.
